The Birtley Supergalv Lintel INT75HD 1050mm is a high-performance, heavy-duty internal steel lintel designed to support heavy loads over 100mm to 115mm internal wall openings. Featuring Birtley's signature post-fabrication hot-dip galvanisation, it provides up to 50% more zinc protection against corrosion than standard alternatives. Features & Benefits For supporting substantial loads from floor joists or heavy blockwork. Suitable for a single leaf internal wall, or a standard cavity wall with a 75mm cavity and 100mm inner leaf. Fully galvanised after welding for zero exposed edges. Rated for 60 minutes of fire resistance when installed with a standard two-coat plaster finish. Installation & Compatibility Lintels must be bedded fully on bricklaying mortar. Ensure you provide a minimum 150mm end bearing on each side of the opening.
